Services

Global One provides residential cleaning services in Toronto. Service scope, timing, pricing, availability, and add-ons are confirmed during booking and may vary based on home condition, access, service area, and customer instructions.

Booking and pricing

Starting prices on the website are general service minimums. The final amount is shown in BookingKoala or confirmed directly by our team and may change if the home size, condition, requested scope, frequency, add-ons, parking, access, or other booking details differ.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details, contact information, access instructions, and service address.
• Ensure safe access to the home and disclose hazards, delicate surfaces, pets, alarms, or restricted areas.
• Secure valuables, fragile items, cash, medications, documents, and irreplaceable property before service.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions, including an applicable fee, are shown during booking or confirmed in writing before the appointment. Contact us as soon as plans change. The terms in your booking confirmation apply, subject to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Satisfaction follow-up

If something important was missed, contact us promptly with details and photos where helpful. We may offer a follow-up, correction, or other reasonable resolution depending on the issue and service scope.

Limits

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, improperly installed fixtures, unstable furniture, delicate items not disclosed before service, or damage caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
